I’m a little less than 10 lbs away from my goal now. Getting under 200 is going to be a milestone as well, since I’ve been stuck above 200 for about a year now. What should I do to reward myself? Any suggestions? I should go do a google search.
I’ve worked 4 days in a row (at the hotel) and have been awesome about not taking the elevator. It’s not a majorly huge hotel, only 4 floors, so I actually run up to the top floor. It’s good exercise.
I put some good, upbeat music on my ipod last night, so I will have motivation to run at the track!
What did i eat yesterday…
For ‘breakfast’ I had a beef roast on bread. I had that for lunch and dinner, too, now that I think about it. It was very, very filling. I had also made carrots in the crock pot but they were kind of gross. Too sweet. I’ll take more of the beef to work with me tonight, plus some grilled chicken breast and spinach to make a big salad.
I have yet to actually start exercising other than running up the stairs at work :\
